Customer Review Testimonial Videos Guidelines

Thank you for participating in our customer review video testimonials! We greatly appreciate your willingness to share your experience with our product(s) and customer service. To ensure consistency and quality, please follow the guidelines and instructions outlined below:

1. Content Guidelines:

a. Begin the video by introducing yourself, including your name and any relevant details you would like to share (e.g., occupation, location).
b. Clearly state the product you are reviewing.
c. Share your honest opinion and personal experience with the product and customer service.
d. Highlight specific features, benefits, or aspects that you found most valuable or impressive.
e. If applicable, compare the product to alternatives you have tried.
f. Keep the video concise and focused, ideally between 30 seconds-3 minutes in length.
g. Avoid using offensive or inappropriate language, and maintain a respectful tone throughout.
h. Ensure that the video reflects your genuine thoughts and experiences.

2. Technical Guidelines:

a. Use a well-lit environment for recording. Natural light or good-quality artificial lighting is recommended such as a Zoom light.
b. Find a quiet location to minimize background noise and distractions.
c. Use a stable camera or smartphone mount to prevent shaky footage.
d. Position the camera horizontally (landscape mode) for optimal viewing.
e. Ensure that your face and voice are clear and easily understandable.
f. If possible, use an external microphone for better audio quality.
g. Record the video in high-definition (HD) if your device supports it.
h. Check the video for any issues (e.g., blurriness, audio problems) before submitting it.

3. Submission Instructions:

a. Once you have recorded your video, you can upload it from your phone or transfer it to your computer.
b. If editing, keep the video as close to the original recording as possible. Minor edits for clarity or trimming are acceptable.
c. Save the final video with a clear and descriptive title, including your name and the product name. (no need if uploading from your phone)

once you have submitted your video/images you will be prompted to fill out a release form. 

1. Complete any necessary forms or release agreements required by 1^st Choice Meds for the use of your video.
2. Provide any additional information requested (e.g., your contact details) for administrative purposes.
3. Ensure that the video file is in a compatible format and meets any specified size or duration requirements.

Double-check that you have followed all the submission instructions before finalizing your submission.
