Refund & Return Policy
Prescription Medications
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have been dispensed. All prescription sales are considered final. If you believe there has been a mistake with your prescription (wrong item, damaged product, or shipping error), please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Telemedicine Visit Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a telehealth visit has occurred, regardless of outcome (including if a prescription is not issued).
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed by our pharmacy. Once processing begins, we are unable to cancel or refund.

Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
